It's National Fitness Day on Wednesday, 22 September, and the importance of being active has been in the forefront of many people's thoughts over these past 18 months.
Once again, this year highlights how crucial mental and physical health is, and how being active can help improve overall wellbeing.
With this in mind, East Riding Leisure want to know what fitness means to people in the area.
Is it being socially active and getting out and about as much as possible?
Or is it attending a swim, gym session, class or taking part in a sport/activity?
Councillor Mike Medini, portfolio holder for cultural and leisure assets, explained: "Tell us what fitness means to you on our social media channels; look out for the Fitness Day posts, and use the hashtag #Fitness2Me.
"We will enter all those who comment and share our Fitness Day posts into a draw to win one of five one-month Premier memberships."
Winners will be contacted on Thursday, 23 September.
