A revised validation checklist has been prepared to simplify and clarify the information that is required to be submitted with a planning application.

The document details the national and local information requirements that must be met in order to be registered as a valid application, including the relevant thresholds and a general explanation of the issues that will need to be addressed.

It also provides checklists for the most frequently submitted application types.

Comments are invited on the contents of the revised checklist by 13 December 2019.
