Creating an account

If you are using this new service for the first time you will need the following:

  • Your business rates account reference from the top-right corner on the front of your business rates bill)
  • Your full name/company name.

And two of the following:

  • Your current business postcode
  • Your 10-character 'online reference' from the back, top-right of your business rates bill (if you have one)
  • The last three digits of a telephone number you have registered with us
  • The last three digits of your bank account number (if you pay by Direct Debit).

Step 3 - Make sure you include the correct business rates number

The business rates number is located on the front of your bill. The business rates number on the example shown below is 50000000.

The online reference number can be found on the back of your bill under the name 'Online Key'. The online reference number on the example shown below is ABCDEFGHIJ.

Complete your contact details and create a username and password. You will need to use these contact details next time you sign in.
